Safely operate and maintain concrete pump trucks and line pumps to deliver concrete to specific pour locations. Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe site setup and perform daily equipment inspections and cleaning.
Requires a Class B driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet DOT health requirements. Candidates should be at least 21 years old and capable of lifting up to 150 pounds.

We have grown from a company serving only the Charlotte metro area to having projects, ranging from residential foundations, commercial high rises, DOT/civil, and major industrial work throughout the Southeast. Even though we have grown to become a large/industry leading concrete pumping company, we pride ourselves in providing an "open door" leadership model to each employee.
As a Concrete Pump Operator, CMP requires you to operate with the highest integrity and putting the company's core values first. You are expected to be punctual and presentable while working with CMP customers on daily basis. You can adapt to situations that occur in the field and be flexible working with customers and fellow operators.

Concrete Pumping Services Across NC, SC, & TN
CMP Pumping (Concrete & Materials Placement) has been providing concrete pumping services across the Southeast since 2001. We are a full service concrete pumping company with experience handling every project size, from backyard patios to parking decks and high rises. Our large and diverse fleet consists of telebelts, large trailer line pumps, placing booms and a variety of pumps sizes, including a 63 meter which is the largest pump available in the Carolinas. CMP also offers small line city pumps and specialty pumps with low overhead openings. Our top priorities are customer satisfaction and job site safety and we are dedicated to meeting these expectations. All of our operators are certified by the American Concrete Pumping Associations (ACPA) and have OSHA 10 or 30 training. We are committed to maintaining a safety process where each employee is active in identifying, preventing, and correcting workplace safety issues. Our full time Safety Director ensures proper safety procedures are being followed, provides ongoing safety training, and maintains current safety and health regulations. CMP believes in building the strongest foundation, on and off of the job site. Many of our customers come back to us time and time again for the kind of service they have come to expect. From day one on your job site until the project’s completion, CMP is here to help you pump, place and profit.
