Coordinate the air export process and act as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, and handlers. Responsibilities include setting up export shipments, processing transport documents, and maintaining contact with global CEVA departments.
Requires a bachelor's degree (preferably in Aviation or Logistics) or MBO with experience, and at least one year of experience in transport coordination. Professional English is required, and a VGB (Security Clearance) is mandatory.

JOUW ROL
Binnen ons Airfreight Operations team zijn wij door uitbreiding van het team op zoek naar een nieuwe collega’s op onze locatie in Schiphol-Rijk. Als Air Export Operations Agent ben jij verantwoordelijk om het export proces te coordineren. Je hebt zorgt voor de operationele uitvoering.
Als Air Export Operations Agent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, airlines en afhandelaren. Dit doe je op een professionele en pro-actieve manier. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt er voor dat alle documentatie in orde is en de gegevens goed zijn ingevoerd. Dit doe je in totaal met 15 Air Export Operations Agents. Samen bedienen jullie zo’n meer dan 200 klanten klanten.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
Je werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag en de tijden zijn flexibel in overleg met je leidinggende. De werkzaamheden voer je uit op kantoor. Bij uitzondering is een enkele keer thuiswerken mogelijk.

Binnen deze rol heb je niet alleen contact met je collega’s in Nederland, je hebt contact met CEVA collega’s over de hele wereld.
