Your mission

This is a Sales Development Representative role, and it is the engine room of how we build pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel end to end: identifying the right accounts in our target market, running personalized multi-channel outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You are measured on the meetings you generate and their quality, not on closing. You are the reason our AEs get to spend their time closing deals that come to them instead of hunting cold.

You will focus on our mid-market subscription and media businesses and flag larger enterprise accounts for immediate handoff to our senior AEs. This is a high-activity, high-craft role. We do not do spray-and-pray. Every touch is researched and relevant.

• 3 to 4 years in an outbound SDR or BDR role in B2B SaaS, ideally subscription or media technology.
• A demonstrable track record of self-sourced, cold-generated qualified meetings, not just inbound response. This is the single most important thing we are hiring for.
• Real craft in multi-channel outbound: sequence building, personalized research at volume, and comfort on the phone.
• Strong CRM and sales-engagement discipline: Salesforce plus HubSpot or equivalent.
• A working understanding of subscription and SaaS economics (LTV, CAC, churn, conversion funnels).
• Resilience, activity discipline, and structured, consultative outreach that adapts to the prospect. We do not run scripts.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Self-directed, coachable, and energized by a quota carried in meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound meeting generation (core). Prospect a defined book of target accounts in media, OTT and subscription businesses. Build and run personalized, multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp Business. Book qualified meetings for AEs against a monthly target. This is the job.
• Qualify before you hand off. Apply our qualification bar (Pain, Champion, Economic buyer, and a rough Decision process, plus basic budget and timing) so that only real opportunities reach an AE. Produce a clean handoff so the AE inherits full context, and a deal enters Salesforce only once it passes our Stage 0 gate. Flag enterprise and strategic accounts for immediate senior-AE handoff.
• Own your funnel and keep it clean. Run your outreach in HubSpot, keep pre-qualified leads out of Salesforce, maintain data quality and ICP scoring inputs, and report weekly on meetings booked, meeting-to-qualified rate, and sequence conversion.
• Feed intelligence back. Surface what messaging lands, which objections recur, which account patterns convert, and competitive signal, back to Marketing and the AEs so the whole engine sharpens.
• Use the tools well. Work fluently with our AI-assisted prospecting and account-research workflows to prospect at volume without losing personalization.

Note: this role works Manila hours with a US overlap shift to cover our North American market.
