The Server is responsible for providing a high-quality dining experience for senior residents by taking orders and serving meals professionally. They also maintain the cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with food handling policies.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, and previous experience in food service is preferred. Candidates must possess a Serve Safe certificate and meet government background and health clearances, including TB testing.

More specifically, the Principals of Clearwater have been an integral part of creating various senior living platforms for operators as part of senior management.
