The Culinary Director is responsible for managing, planning, and directing the culinary department, including supervising staff and food production. They also ensure high-quality dining experiences, maintain sanitary standards, and manage department budgets and training.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality and 8-10 years of food service experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience is required, along with First Aid certification and the ability to drive a community vehicle.
