Support the Crew Chief in the safe and efficient setup of manufactured homes. Perform technical construction tasks including installing vapor barriers, leveling floors, and assisting with electrical and plumbing crossovers.
Candidates should have general construction experience and proficiency with hand and power tools. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and comfort working with heights and in crawl spaces is required.
HouseSmart’s Installer II will be one of the key players in the setup of manufactured homes. This role will work with the Crew Chief and team to ensure the home is set up safely and efficiently. There is a wealth of technical skills to learn in addition to your experience. We work with new hires to train and help develop the skills needed to succeed!
