The role involves providing high-quality bar and table service while maintaining cleanliness in public areas to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for accurate inventory recording, stock control, and adhering to audit procedures.
A minimum Grade 12 qualification is required, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office is essential. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not strictly necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.

Provides flexible and high-quality service across multiple guest-facing and operational functions, including bar service, table service, and public area cleanliness.
