The Operations Coordinator will perform administrative, clerical, and financial support duties for the Water Operations Division. Responsibilities include managing department records, coordinating meetings, tracking personnel time and attendance, and assisting with payroll issues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and proficiency in MS Office and enterprise software. A valid Indiana driver's license is required, and an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
The successful candidate will perform various administrative, clerical, financial and other support duties in the Water Operations Division. Provides support to managers, supervisors, union and non-union staff. Interacts with payroll and financial systems to support department functions. Independently maintains department records as assigned.
