ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is a proactive and relationship-driver with a passion for identifying exceptional talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. The ideal candidate is a trusted professional with strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and a hunter mentality, persistently pursuing top talent, including passive candidates. Someone excited to build a long-term career with Citadel CPM and play an integral role in helping us attract and retain exceptional talent as we continue to grow. This individual is self-motivated, technologically savvy, and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience while representing Citadel CPM's values.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source and identify top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and networking strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates, creating a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage candidates to understand their technical qualifications, career goals, and alignment with Citadel CPM's culture.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop strategic sourcing plans and recruiting initiatives.
- Utilize AI, recruiting technologies, and advanced search techniques to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate quality.
- Professionally represent Citadel CPM throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and trustworthy candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Technically proficient and comfortable leveraging AI and modern recruiting technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a hunter mindset for identifying and engaging top talent.
- Professional, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated success sourcing specialized candidates and filling difficult-to-recruit positions.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, talent databases, and other modern sourcing tools.
- Experience in marketing employment opportunities and negotiating offers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

In compliance with the local law, we are disclosing compensation, or a range therefore for location where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, licenses, skill set, experience and/or performance. Base pay is only one component of Citadel’s total compensation packages for employees.
Pay range $65,000 - $75,000 salary per year.
