The HR Associate supports the full employee lifecycle by providing HR and talent acquisition support across the organization. This roleis responsible forrecruiting and onboarding employees, administering HR programs and policies,maintainingemployee records, supporting employee relations matters in partnership with the HRBP,assistwith benefit enrollment and reporting and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage in partnership with HRBP end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer administration
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs andproviderecruitment guidance
Maintaincandidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding activities
Facilitatenew hire orientation and onboarding processes in partnership with other HR team members
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questionsregardingHR policies, benefits, and procedures
Maintainemployee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist HRBP with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications
Assistwith benefits enrollment and administration
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits as needed
Other duties as assigned
