The HVAC technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various property types. They are also responsible for performing routine inspections, installing components, and ensuring all work adheres to safety and environmental regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an HVAC certification or associate degree. A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a valid EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification are required.
