Develop and implement DFT features to ensure high-quality, testable, and manufacturable designs for AI infrastructure. Lead the full product cycle from pre-silicon design to post-silicon debug and production qualification.
Requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of hands-on experience in DFT domains such as scan insertion and BIST. Proficiency in ATPG methodologies and silicon debug is essential.
