The Executive Director provides operational leadership for assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care. They are responsible for driving occupancy growth, managing budgets, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 to 5 years of experience in senior living community operations and leadership. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a health-related field is preferred.
