Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by performing routine housekeeping and sanitization tasks in resident apartments and common areas. Provide laundry services and respond promptly to resident requests to ensure a positive experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. One year of relevant experience and the physical ability to perform manual labor are required.
