We are seeking a highly motivated Production Support Engineer to provide 24/7 application and system support for critical business operations, ensuring high availability and performance of production environments. The role involves monitoring applications, troubleshooting incidents, managing service requests, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with production support processes (incident, problem, and change management), and familiarity with relevant technologies in our stack. Prior experience in handling high-priority incidents, working with monitoring tools, and supporting applications in a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate must demonstrate ownership, effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset, and should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, to support global operations.
