The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide direct treatment focused on sensory integration techniques for children. Responsibilities include maintaining prompt documentation in the EMR system and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, AOTA certification, and licensure to work in Massachusetts. Previous experience with children with sensory processing disorders and availability to work Tuesday through Saturday are required.

We collaborate closely with our staff of over 600 clinicians to ensure our practices are informed by the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Our interview process is designed to ensure that you feel confident about joining our team. The first step is a video chat or phone call with a member of our recruiting team, where you can learn more about the OT role and career opportunities at OTA. From there, we invite candidates to an in-person interview to meet members of our clinical team and observe a therapy session. By the end of the process, you will have a clear understanding of who we are and how our OTs contribute to children's progress.
