The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for auditing suppliers, managing non-conformances, and ensuring raw materials and components meet quality standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain supply chain reliability.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 3-5+ years of experience in supplier quality management. Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings are required.

The Role: The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, custom components, and outsourced processes from our supply base meet Durex’s high standards of excellence. You will partner closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers, drive root-cause analysis for quality non-conformances, and maintain overall supply chain reliability. Your Responsibilities: Supplier Evaluation & Auditing Supplier Quality Metrics & Performance Advanced Quality Planning & Incoming Inspection Regulatory & Compliance Support Requirements: Preferred: Working Conditions & Travel: Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
