The Physical Therapist will evaluate K-8 students and implement individualized therapy plans to support their educational success. They will also participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and PDE Educational Specialist certification or be eligible to obtain it. Experience working with school-aged children in a K-8 setting is preferred.
Christopher Columbus Charter School is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide school-based physical therapy services to students in grades K–8. The Physical Therapist will evaluate students, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success in the educational environment.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. We offer a collaborative, student-centered environment dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential.

3 - Copy of your FBI Clearance Fingerprinting with the UEID # (Act 114)
4 - Completion of a Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168)

7 - Three letters of professional reference
8 - Completion of a PA School Health Record

10 - Completion of Professional Ethics Training
