The Senior Project Manager will lead system-wide accreditation, regulatory readiness, and patient safety initiatives across the health system. They will partner with clinical and executive leaders to implement strategic programs that drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a Master's in a healthcare-related field, along with a current Delaware or Compact RN license. At least three years of experience in enterprise-level project management and quality improvement methodologies is required.

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
