Develop and review building enclosure solutions for new and existing projects through architectural drawings, specifications, and on-site quality assurance. Collaborate with clients and design teams to resolve water intrusion issues and ensure constructibility.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering and 5-10 years of related experience. Must hold a professional registration (RA or PE) in the state of California and possess a valid driver's license.

The Building Enclosure Project Architect/Engineer uses their knowledge of building enclosure systems to collaborate with clients and other professional service providers to develop solutions for new and existing building enclosure systems while establishing and maintaining productive relationships with all parties.
