The Occupational Therapist will perform clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care to help patients regain independence in their homes. They will provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients on safety and adaptive equipment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Occupational Therapy license and CPR certification. At least one year of experience in occupational therapy and home health is preferred.
