The Facilities Specialist is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and building systems through regular site visits. They also train staff on maintenance procedures and act as a liaison between restaurants, contractors, and vendors.
Candidates must possess strong trade knowledge in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, along with at least two years of relevant experience. A clean motor vehicle report is required to facilitate travel between restaurant locations.
