The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including financial management, P&L control, and sales forecasting. They also lead the team by recruiting, training, and developing staff while ensuring high standards of guest service and food safety.
Candidates must have previous restaurant management experience, including proficiency in scheduling, P&L management, and recruiting. The role requires the physical ability to stand for 10 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers. The role requires the ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day, lift 50lbs./25kgs., and other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.
