The Production Operator is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing damaged pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs. The role involves working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment while adhering to a Zero Harm safety culture.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in general labour, construction, carpentry, or landscaping. Proficiency with power tools and the ability to perform heavy physical lifting up to 70 lbs are required.

About the Role
The Production Operator repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.
In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.
