The Revenue Management Assistant will analyze daily performance data, manage pricing strategies across distribution channels, and contribute to demand forecasting. They will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent pricing and maximize hotel revenue.
The role requires proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and familiarity with Revenue Management systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS). Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a multi-departmental team environment.
Analyse de la performance :
- Collecter et analyser les données quotidiennes et hebdomadaires (taux d'occupation, RevPAR, prix moyen, taux de conversion, etc.).
Suivre les indicateurs de performance des canaux de distribution.
- Élaborer des rapports et des analyses comparatives avec les performances historiques et celles de la concurrence
Gestion tarifaire :
- Participer à la gestion des tarifs en fonction de la demande, des événements spéciaux, des saisons, etc.
- Aider à l'ajustement quotidien des prix et à la mise à jour des tarifs sur les différents canaux de distribution (OTA, site internet, agences, etc.).
Prévisions de la demande :
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des prévisions à court, moyen et long terme de la demande, en tenant compte des tendances de marché.
- Participer à l'analyse des comportements de réservation (booking windows, segmentation client, etc.).
Optimisation des canaux de distribution :
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour assurer la cohérence des tarifs et des disponibilités sur tous les canaux de distribution.
- Participer à l’optimisation de la visibilité de l’hôtel sur les plateformes de réservation en ligne (OTA) et améliorer les performances de chaque canal.
Stratégie de yield management :
- Assister dans la mise en oeuvre des stratégies de yield management pour maximiser le chiffre d'affaires et l'occupation.
- Contribuer aux décisions sur les restrictions tarifaires, les offres spéciales et les promotions.
Outils et logiciels de Revenue Management :
- Utiliser les systèmes de Revenue Management et les outils d'analyse de données (ex : PMS, RMS, Excel, etc.).
- Assurer la mise à jour des informations sur ces systèmes en collaboration avec l’équipe.
Collaboration inter-services :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements Réservation, Vente, Marketing et Opérations pour garantir une stratégie de revenue management cohérente.
- Participer aux réunions de l'équipe Revenue Management et à la communication des résultats aux autres départements
