Perform manual labor on a production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team. Maintain a clean workspace and ensure quality work is delivered in a fast-paced environment.
Requires the ability to read blueprints and use various power tools, with a strong work ethic and teamwork skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and pass a 7-panel drug screen.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
