You will support the CEOs by managing HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee interviews, and staff activities. The role involves both operational support for staff and strategic planning to benefit the company long-term.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or equivalent with at least one year of studies remaining. You should be based in or studying in Gothenburg and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Chalmers Studentkårs Teknologbolag är Chalmers enda studentdrivna bolag som strävar efter att skapa studentnytta för studenter. Bolaget består av ca. 25 anställda som arbetar med företagskontakt, grafisk formgivning samt konsulter. Teknologbolagets primära fokus är att skapa en attraktiv mötesplats för studenter och deras potentiella arbetsgivare. Det görs bland annat genom event i form av lunchföreläsningar samt mässor.
Just nu söker vi nya stjärnor som vill bli en del av vårt inspirerande team samt vill vara med och driva teknologbolaget framåt. Som HR/Rekryterare på Chalmers Teknologbolag stöttar du VD:arna och ansvarar för personalrelaterade ärenden, såsom medarbetarsamtal, rekrytering, personalaktiviteter med mera.

I arbete som HR får du både möjlighet att arbeta operativt gentemot personalen i deras personalrelaterade frågor, men du får också chansen att strategiskt planera olika insatser som långsiktigt kommer att gynna företaget. I rollen som HR får du möjlighet att testa dina teoretiska kunskaper och idéer i praktiken samt bredda dina kunskaper.
