The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and mechanical systems using a CMMS for documentation. Responsibilities include diagnosing system problems, ensuring safety code compliance, and mentoring other technicians.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, 1-3 years of commercial or residential HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license. EPA 608 Certification is required, and HVAC certification is preferred.
