Oversee commercial and institutional HVAC projects from award to closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lead project engineers and coordinators while collaborating with field personnel and clients to resolve construction challenges.
Requires 7-10+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting experience and a technical or trade school education in a related field. Must possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid Texas driver's license.
Description
Seeking a qualified, experienced, and detailed HVAC Project Manager capable of handling multiple commercial and/or institutional HVAC projects in North Texas. HVAC Project contract values range from $2.0 million to $10.0 million and typically are central plant/hydronic systems as well as unitary systems as well.
The HVAC Project Manager oversees daily operational functions and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and on time and on budget.
