Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

## Role Purpose:
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports Centro CDX Egypt’s business objectives and workforce capability building. The role focuses on developing talent, driving performance, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization.
## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Learning Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the organization’s L\&D strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with business leaders to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.
Design annual training plans and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
### 2. Program Design & Delivery
Design and implement leadership development programs, technical training, and soft skills initiatives.
Deliver or oversee the delivery of workshops, training sessions, onboarding programs, and development interventions.
Introduce innovative learning methods (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning, gamification).
Ensure learning content reflects industry trends, especially in digital, CX, analytics, and technology domains relevant to Centro CDX.
### 3. Talent Development & Succession Planning
Support talent management initiatives including career development frameworks and succession planning.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and design individualized development plans (IDPs).
Drive coaching, mentoring, and leadership pipeline programs.
### 4. Performance Management Support
Collaborate with HR to integrate learning strategies with performance management processes.
Provide guidance on development plans based on performance reviews.
Track improvement in performance metrics linked to training initiatives.
### 5. Learning Operations & Governance
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track learning participation, completion, and effectiveness.
Establish KPIs for L\&D and evaluate program ROI using data analytics.
Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
### 6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across all levels.
Drive engagement through learning campaigns, internal academies, and knowledge platforms.
Support change management initiatives through targeted training programs.
### 7. Compliance & Mandatory Training
Ensure all mandatory training requirements (compliance, ethics, health & safety) are met.
Maintain learning records and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
Requirements
## Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, preferably within a digital, outsourcing, or CX environment.
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and capability-building programs.
Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations.

Strong knowledge of L\&D frameworks, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

## Preferred Qualifications
