The role involves preparing financial statements and related disclosures for quarterly and annual filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. The analyst will also collaborate with business units to review supporting schedules and ensure accurate external reporting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in public accounting or SEC reporting. Proficiency in GAAP, SEC requirements, and Wdesk is required, with a CPA certification preferred.

The primary responsibilities of the position include the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures for quarterly and annual filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations and the review of supporting schedules submitted by business units. This role works closely with finance and business partners to help ensure accurate, timely, and well-supported external reporting.
