The Indirect Procurement Specialist - Purchasing is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase requisition creation, purchase order execution, and procurement transaction management across systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and Esker. The role works closely with business stakeholders, vendors, sourcing teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure procurement compliance, accurate transaction processing, and timely resolution of purchasing-related issues.
The position also supports P-Card (Procurement Card) reconciliation activities, exception management, and accurate accounting and commodity coding, while delivering a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through efficient procurement operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
