The Work Control Coordinator is responsible for configuring and maintaining the NCMMS system and managing equipment inventory records. They also schedule facilities maintenance services and manage the customer service desk for building tenants.
Candidates must be high school graduates with at least three years of experience in a facility exceeding one million square feet. Experience with NCMMS systems is preferred, and the ability to pass a background check is required.
