The Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising staff, monitoring patients, and implementing long-term care plans. Key duties include administering medications, documenting clinical observations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare guidelines.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN school with a current state RN license and valid CPR certification. Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred, and a BSN is desired.
Description
The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long-term needs, administer medications, follow-up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all residents/patients. Provides clinical care in compliance with current federal and state guidelines, and company regulations.

state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
