Requires a ServSafe Food Safety Certification and a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Prefers a high school diploma and six months of experience in large quantity food preparation, ideally in long-term care.

The prepared food is expected to taste good and be served at the proper temperature and in an attractive manner in accordance with established standards. Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with established standards.
Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each
state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
