The role involves loading and unloading crew trucks, staging materials, and maintaining a clean shop and yard. Additionally, the assistant helps with gate fabrication, welding, and operating forklifts to move materials.
No prior experience is required as training is provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with physically active work and working outdoors year-round.
