The Role
The VP Global Sales will define and execute CASABOT’s global commercial strategy across:
Real estate developers
Telecom operators
System integrators
Smart-home vendors and distributors
This is ahands-on leadership rolerequiring someone who cansell personally, build teams, develop partnerships, and scale revenue globally.
We are looking for a respected industry leader withdeep roots in the legacy smart-home ecosystemwho can accelerate CASABOT’s adoption through credibility, relationships, and execution discipline.
Commercial Leadership
Define and execute CASABOT’s global sales strategy
Build and lead the global sales organization
Establish regional go-to-market plans
Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth
Own global revenue targets
Strategic Partnerships
Leverage existing relationships across:
Real estate developers
TELCO operators
System integrators
Smart-home vendors
Structure and close large strategic deals
Develop long-term channel partnerships
Represent CASABOT in executive-level negotiations
Enterprise Sales Execution
Personally lead key strategic deals
Implement structured enterprise sales methodology
Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
Build repeatable sales processes
Team Development
Hire and develop high-performing sales teams
Mentor and grow younger sales talent
Create a performance-driven but supportive culture
Lead by example in execution and professionalism
Requirements
Industry Experience (Critical)
12+ years in enterprise sales leadership
Strong background insmart home, building automation, or adjacent industries
Demonstrated experience working with:
Real estate developers
TELCO operators
System integrators
Hardware vendors / OEM ecosystem
Established network across the smart-home ecosystem
