That's why we're looking for a People & Office Operations Specialist to support both our People and Office teams. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys operational work, likes bringing order to everyday processes, and knows that getting the small things right makes a big difference.

You'll split your time between People Operations and Office Administration. One day you'll be preparing employment documents or supporting onboarding, the next you'll be coordinating office-related tasks or helping keep our internal processes running smoothly. If something needs to be organized, documented or coordinated, there's a good chance it'll land on your desk.

What you'll do:

People Operations

• Prepare and manage employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, business trips, leave documentation, etc.).

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is always up to date.

• Coordinate Learning & Development purchases and support training administration.

• Support the People team with day-to-day operational tasks and internal processes.

• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment requirements.

Office Operations

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of our offices.

• Coordinate office suppliers, services, documentation and administrative processes.

• Maintain internal registers and administrative records.

• Help organize office-related initiatives and employee experience activities.

• Act as a backup for the Office Manager during vacations or other absences.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in HR Administration, People Operations, Office Administration, or a similar operational role.

• You genuinely enjoy keeping things organized and getting the details right.

• You're comfortable working with documentation, administrative processes and confidential information.

• You're able to prioritize your work and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

• You have a proactive mindset - you don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.

• You're fluent in English.

Bonus points if you've worked with:

• HiBob, Avokaado or similar HR/document management systems.

• Both People Operations and Office Administration.

• Lithuanian employment documentation and HR compliance.

Salary range

€1900–€2500 gross/month.
