Lead fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region, owning the regional P&L, throughput, and customer experience. Manage and develop site-level General Managers while ensuring consistent SOP execution and alignment with OEM standards.
Requires 7+ years of leadership experience in Fixed Operations with a proven track record in multi-site P&L management. Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems and the ability to travel regularly between sites are highly preferred.

The Regional Senior Manager, Dealership Operations leads Carvana’s fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region. This leader owns regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience. They are accountable for consistent execution and results across every location. This is a multi-site leadership role focused on building capable site leaders, standardizing how the network operates, and balancing capacity against demand from site to site.
