The Operations Manager oversees daily site operations, facilities management, and staff performance to ensure high-quality guest service. They also drive process improvements and collaborate with leadership to align site activities with company goals.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with physical fitness for an outdoor work environment.
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing support to the Operations Team, including Senior Operations Manager and General Manager, managing daily and ongoing operations. Additionally, the Operations Manager core responsibility is to oversee the facilities management, and the day-to-day activities and performance dedicated to ensuring quality customer service is delivered to all guests. The Operations Manager assists in the continuous improvements, efforts, and drives process improvement throughout the company. The Operations Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching, counseling, training, continuous development, and performance management. The Operations Manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
