The Traditional Channel Executive is responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and profitability goals in the Center-South zone of Honduras. This involves managing sales teams and distributors while identifying and closing new business opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant work experience. Experience in consumer goods sales and the ability to travel to clients 70% of the time are required or desired.

This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DEL TRABAJO
El/La Ejecutivo de Canal Tradicional garantizará el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, distribución, ejecución en punto de venta, cartera y rentabilidad de la zona Centro-Sur de Honduras mediante la gestión efectiva del equipo de vendedores, distribuidores y clientes del canal tradicional. En este puesto, identificará y contactará con clientes potenciales, estableciendo relaciones para generar ventas y negocios a largo plazo, evaluando las necesidades de los clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
• Con orientación general, identificar, desarrollar, proponer, negociar y cerrar nuevas ventas, garantizando presencia de portafolio
• Aumentar la demanda de productos, desarrollando clientes, a la vez que monitorea precios y actividades de la competencia.
• Coordinar planes de crecimiento y desarrollo territorial
• Desarrollar una comprensión profunda del negocio, las finanzas, los productos y el mercado o las necesidades y desafíos de las cuentas asignadas y planes de acción de ventas basados en indicadores.
• Llevar a cabo reuniones periódicas de estado y estrategia con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y vincularlas a las estrategias de compañía.
• Resuelva de forma independiente problemas moderadamente complejos con una supervisión mínima, al tiempo que escala los problemas más complejos al personal adecuado.

CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
• Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente
• Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada
• Disponibilidad para visitar clientes el 70% del tiempo.
