The role is responsible for designing and implementing the regional trade marketing strategy for Petfood brands across Central America and the Caribbean. This includes managing promotional planning, point-of-sale execution, and monitoring KPIs to drive profitable growth.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience. Advanced English and experience in trade marketing strategy and planning are preferred.

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
El/La Líder de Trade Marketing será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia regional de ejecución en el punto de venta para impulsar el crecimiento rentable de las marcas de Alimentos para Mascotas (Petfood) en países de Centro America y Caribe. Liderará la planificación de promociones, exhibiciones, lanzamientos e iniciativas comerciales por canal y país, asegurando una ejecución consistente y adaptada al mercado. Maneja indicadores de participación de mercado, sell-out, retorno de inversión y manejo del presupuesto de Trade Marketing
En este rol, optimizarás el compromiso del cliente, avanzarás en el posicionamiento de la empresa y generarás demanda para los productos, marcas y categorías asignadas dentro del canal. Se asociará en colaboración con las partes interesadas clave para maximizar las ganancias de marketing y el crecimiento de los ingresos y optimizar el rendimiento del canal.
CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
• Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente
• Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
• Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas
