Perform lubrication of rotating equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and valves to ensure machine reliability and safety. Collect oil samples for analysis and assist in root cause analysis for lubrication-related failures.
Requires a completed high school education and a valid driver's license (CNH B). A technical course in electromechanics and previous experience in the role are desired.
O Lubrificador, realizará a lubrificação dos equipamentos e solucionará falhas de lubrificação dos equipamentos de produção ou almoxarifado com orientação frequente. Nesta função, você apoiará a saúde geral e a confiabilidade das máquinas para manter a fábrica funcionando com segurança e eficácia, lubrificando equipamentos como bombas, transportadores, elevadores e válvulas e apoiando a análise de causa raiz de falhas.
Lubrificar equipamentos rotativos como bombas, transportadores, elevadores e válvulas.
Filtragem completa dos sistemas de lubrificação.
Coletar amostras para análise de óleo.
Solucionar problemas de falhas relacionadas à lubrificação e participar da análise de causa raiz conforme necessário.
Manter toda a sala de armazenamento do estoque de lubrificação e preparar todos os dispositivos de transporte para uso na planta.
Desenvolver um conjunto de habilidades e tecnologia preditiva de análise de óleo.
Compreender e aderir a todas as políticas e procedimentos de segurança.
