The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining complex demand plans while facilitating demand review processes with commercial, marketing, and finance teams. They will analyze forecast accuracy, identify supply chain risks, and resolve trade-offs between demand, supply, and financial targets.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a continuous improvement mindset are required for this role.

This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
The Sr Demand Planner will create all levels of demand plans for a group of products with high planning complexity, including data inputs, statistical forecasting, incorporation of commercial intelligence and new or discontinued products. In this role, you will handle large sets of data and collaborate with others to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and enable decision-making within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including effective financial planning and execution throughout the supply chain.

The expected salary for this position is $90,000 -$120,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
