A completed degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with initial practical experience. You must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluent German and English language skills.

In deiner Rolle als Junior Business Development Manager/in unterstützt du unsere Bereichsleitung Business Development, beim Aufbau neuer Umsatzfelder von der ersten Marktrecherche bis zum Launch. Du bereitest Partnergespräche vor, hilfst bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Business Cases und treibst eigene Projekte in den Bereichen Internationalisierung und alternative Darreichungsformen voran. Dabei bewegst du dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Vertrag und Umsetzung in einem Bereich, der stark wächst und viel Gestaltungsspielraum bietet.
