The Welcome Enthusiast is responsible for greeting guests, managing the registration and check-out process, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive stay. Candidates should have previous hotel front office experience and strong computer skills, particularly with the Hilton PEP system. The position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for AM, PM, and overnight shifts, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
