The Program Director serves as the principal academic officer overseeing day-to-day operations and faculty management for the Pharmacy Technician Program. They are responsible for fiscal health, curriculum review, and ensuring student completion and placement rates.
Candidates must be a Licensed Pharmacist or a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with an Associate Degree. A minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacy work experience and personnel management experience are required.

Summary: An educational Pharmacy Technician Program Director (PD) is the principal academic officer for the Pharmacy Technician Program. Responsibilities include: day-to-day operations, assisting students toward successful program completion, and staffing the classroom with instructors who support the mission of the college. The PD is co-responsible with the DOE for the fiscal well being of the department as it relates to education. The PD also participates in activities that promote the stature of the department and the college and abides by the mandates set by the Campus President.
CHCP is the not-for-profit professional association for Canadian healthcare communications agency providers.
Our mission is to build a community of healthcare communications agency professionals who are informed and supported; and to advocate for our profession within our industry. We aim to broadly and inclusively represent healthcare communications agency professionals across Canada. Our membership will be diverse in generations, disciplines, ethnicity, gender, geography and tenure. We will educate about important industry trends and the rules/regulations that affect us. We aim to create a two-way dialogue with our most important governing bodies. We will work to elevate the perception (quality, acumen and professionalism) of Canadian healthcare agency professionals.
