The Executive Chef manages all kitchen operations, including recruiting and training culinary staff and developing business strategies. They are responsible for menu preparation, food cost reduction, and coordinating with banquet operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef and post-secondary education in Culinary Arts. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve problems timely are required.
