The Planner facilitates the submission of planning and permitting applications while liaising with municipalities and government agencies to ensure project compliance. They also support community engagement activities and provide regular reporting to clients and project managers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Urban Planning or a related discipline with 3-5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in local land use approval processes, the Planning Act, and Microsoft Office is required, along with a valid driver's license.
The Planner facilitates the submission of various planning and permitting applications, provides regular updates and reports to clients and/or project manager, and liaises with municipalities and private or government agencies so that projects are completed on time and within scope.
