The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They also perform unit turns, grounds cleaning, and respond to after-hours maintenance requests.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, an HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential for this role.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
